Our Story
Jesus' Church began in 2006 with three people and a word from God. Our heart is to enthrone Jesus as our Pastor, preach His message, do ministry His way, and bring people into a life with God like we see in the Bible. This means we are a Christ-centered church where the Holy Spirit is active, focused on expanding God's Kingdom and making disciples! We are humbly built on the love, service, and sacrifice of many, not the personality or style of one. We are His church, which is why we are Jesus' Church!
Vision
"Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age" (Matthew 28:18-20). We exist to establish and expand God's Kingdom through lives changed by Jesus Christ!
Mission
"But seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you" (Matthew 6:33). Our mission s to lead people into the abundant life Jesus lived, preached, and provided for at the cross: the Kingdom Life, and expand this mission locally and globally.
Strategy
God's strategy for reaching the world is to change your life, grow you in His Kingdom, and then use you to change others for His glory. Jesus' strategy is to bring people into personal relationship with Him, connect them to a local church where they will grow, and use them to expand His Kingdom. Ephesians 4:11-16 is our guide laying out our strategy to populate this world with children of God.
1. Evangelize the lost: Share Christ with those who don't know Him yet.
2. Pastor the believer: Care for and grow God's people spiritually.
3. Teach the Disciple: Train committed followers in God's Word and the Spirit-led life.
4. Prophesy God's Word: Proclaim God's message locally and globally.
5. Apostle Christ's Church: Raise up and populate the world with servants of God.
